HISTORY

Mr. A.Tony Vincent Arattukulam, is the proud founder of Arattukulam Developers. He is a mechanical engineer from B.M.S. Engineering College, Bangalore. He did his schooling at the St.Joseph’s Boys’ High School Bangalore and pre-university at St.Joseph’s College Bangalore.

Mr. A. Tony Vincent had entered the world of business at an early age eighteen. He started off with the small scale manufacturing of rubber products and and later established himself as the co-founder and managing partner of Premier Soles Rethread ,Kaycee Rubbers and Premier Vultek. The group having had factories in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry  were one of the largest retailers of tyres  and manufacturers of tyre patches in the country. They also produced auto tyres and conveyer belts.

He had entered the rubber industry at the age of 18. He went on to become the co-founder and managing partner of Premier Soles Rethread ,Kaycee Rubbers and Premier Vultek.The group having factories at Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry  were one of the largest rethreaders’ of tyres  and manufacturers’ of tyre patches in the country. They also produced auto tyres and conveyer belts.

In 2003, he along with his wife Mrs. Sunita Tony entered into a Partnership venture and started the business of land development and construction of residential apartments. Our projects were initially known under the brand name – “Divya Jyothi” which has today been changed to Aratt Homes coined from Mr Tony’s family name “Arattukulam”. He is now the Managing Director of Aratt Group, M/s Aratt Homes the real estate division of Aratt Group has already successfully completed and handed over more than 1000 apartments in Bangalore

Mrs. Sunita Tony Vincent a Graduate in Architecture and is the strong pillar that stood
behind the success of Tony Vincent and Arattukulam for all these years since it was formed. The famous saying “There is a lady behind the success of every man” is undoubtedly true in this instance. Sunita Tony is well versed in Architecture:the art and aesthetics of construction. She is fully involved in all construction activities Aratt Group has been involved in all these years. She is also an excellent entrpreneur and good administrator herself. She owns and runs 3 residential hostels in Koramangala, Bangalore catering to more than 100 inmates. She is also an outstanding Interior Designer. She has done interior designing of several apartments/houses built by the Arattukulam Group. She has been a strong lady managing home and work; catering to each and every milestone Aratt Group has achieved so far.
